Revocation of the Transaction due to not Paying the Price

Question: When the price is not paid on time, can a seller revoke the transaction, under the pretext of inflation, and demand the sold goods?
Answer: If the seller has delivered the goods, the mere fact that the payment is delayed does not entitle the seller to revoke the transaction. Therefore, if there is no other reason for revocation, the transaction is binding and he has no right to revoke it and the customer must pay the price considering the inflation. Of course, if within the transaction deed it is stipulated that the seller has the right to revoke it in case the price is not paid in due time, then the seller can revoke the transaction.
