Ruling 13, Question: A person performing the Hajj al-Ifrād, whether obligatory or recommended, who has already performed the ‘Umrah several times in the past — is it obligatory for him to perform another ‘Umrah specifically for this Hajj al-Ifrād?
Answer: No, it is not obligatory for him to perform another ‘Umrah, except in cases where his Hajj was originally a Hajj al-Tamattu‘ and was later converted to a Hajj al-Ifrād.

Ruling 14, Question: A person who has entered iḥrām for the Hajj al-Ifrād — may he travel to Jeddah or another location either before or after performing ṭawāf and sa‘y, and then proceed to ‘Arafāt from there?
Answer: There is no objection for the Hajj pilgrim provided that he can be present for the wuqūf (staying) at ‘Arafāt and al-Mash‘ar al-Ḥarām (Muzdalifah).

Ruling 15, Question: A woman performing the Hajj al-Ifrād — may she perform taqṣīr (trimming a small quantity of hair or nail) [in Minā] on the night of ‘Īd al-Aḍḥā after stoning (ramy) the Jamarāt al-‘Aqabah?
Answer: It is permissible for her to perform taqṣīr at Minā at that time.
