The Office of the Supreme Leader

Leader's Congratulations to Iran in 3rd TV Message after Zionist Regime's Attack:

IRAN'S TRIPLE WIN: SLAPS US, CRUSHES ISRAEL, UNITES PEOPLE

In his third televised message to the nation, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution congratulated Iranians on their victory over the Zionist regime and the devastating blows its armed forces dealt it. He also congratulated them on their triumph over the American regime and the hard slap delivered by the Islamic Republic in response to their futile attack on Iran's nuclear facilities, and for the extraordinary unity and solidarity the Iranian nation displayed. He also addressed the US president's impudent remarks about Iran's surrender. He said that these statements have laid bare the true nature of the deep-rooted hostility that they harbour toward the Iranian nation. They have made it unmistakably clear that the various pretexts they put forward—whether it be concerns over Iran's nuclear program, missile capabilities, or issues related to human rights—are nothing more than convenient smokescreens. He showed that these excuses are used to obscure the reality that their ultimate goal is to see the Iranian people surrender unconditionally. However, the Iranian nation, with its long-standing dignity and strength, continues to stand proud and victorious, and there is no possibility that such a surrender will ever occur. As for the recent remarks made by the President of the United States, he considered them statements that are far too inflated for even him to credibly utter and only serve to provoke the laughter and scorn of those who possess wisdom and understanding. He stated Iran's crushing response to the Zionist regime and America demonstrates that any future aggression will likewise come at a high cost for the aggressor.

While honouring the memory of the precious martyrs, commanders, and martyred scientists, Ayatollah Khamenei told the nation, "This victory deserves several congratulations.  First, for defeating the fake Zionist regime, which, despite its bluster and false claims, was brought to its knees and crushed under the blows of the Islamic Republic." He said that the Zionists could not imagine that the Islamic Republic could deliver such devastating blows upon them. He said, "Our armed forces, with divine assistance, penetrated their multi-layered advanced defence systems to level many of their urban and military zones with intense missile strikes and assaults with advanced weaponry."

The Leader of the Islamic Revolution accentuated, "The Zionist regime must understand that any aggression against the Islamic Republic will come at a heavy cost and, by God's grace, this has indeed come to pass. The honour belongs to our armed forces and to our dear people, who nurtured these forces from within themselves and, through their unwavering support, empowered and enabled them to carry out such a monumental task."

Turning to his second congratulation to the Iranian nation, pertaining to their victory over the American regime, he said, "America entered direct conflict because it feared the Zionist regime would be completely annihilated.  So they stepped in to save that regime, but it gained nothing from this war."

Ayatollah Khamenei referenced the Islamic Republic's harsh and retaliatory slap against the United States in the strike on their key regional base, al-‘Udeid. He said, "While the Americans exaggerated their own attack and downplayed our response, this major event proved the Islamic Republic can, and will, strike vital U.S. regional nerve centres at the appropriate time."

The Leader of the Islamic Revolution said, "What has happened can be repeated in the future; any act of aggression will carry a heavy cost for the enemy and the aggressor."

He framed the third congratulation as a tribute to the extraordinary unity and solidarity of the Iranian nation in the face of aggression. He added, "A ninety-million-strong nation stood united, shoulder to shoulder, with one voice and without the slightest difference in their goals and demands. They raised their slogans, supported the action of the armed forces, and it will remain so in the future as well."

Ayatollah Khamenei stated, "The Iranian nation displayed its nobility and exceptional character, and proved that when it becomes necessary, this nation will speak with one voice."

Addressing a key aspect of recent events, he referenced a statement by the U.S. President demanding Iran's surrender. He said, "This remark is, of course, far too big for the mouth of the U.S. President and to those who know of the greatness of Iran, its ancient history, deep-rooted culture, and national will of steel, they will find this laughable. Yet, these words revealed a truth: that the United States' opposition to Iran, from the beginning of the Revolution until now, whether under the pretext of human rights or democracy, women's rights or uranium enrichment, whether it is the nuclear issue, or missile capability, They have all been mere excuses. In reality, what they seek is nothing but Iran's surrender."

The Leader of the Revolution noted how past U.S. officials had refrained from stating this reality outright and instead concealed it beneath polished language. He said, "The Iranian people must understand that the root of the conflict with America is their arrogant and outrageous desire to force Iran into submission. This is something, of course, that will never happen."

He spoke of the Iranian nation as a great one and Iran as a powerful, vast country with an ancient civilisation, possessing cultural and civilizational wealth hundreds of times greater than that of America and its cohorts. He said, "Given these truths, demanding Iran's surrender to another nation is yet another absurdity, one that will certainly be met with ridicule by the wise and discerning."
