In their letter to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Hezbollah fighters in Lebanon made a solemn declaration. They wrote that they are at the heart of the battlefield. There, they wage their own Karbala-like struggle against the pharaohs of the earth, and from this place, they extend their hand of allegiance to Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei with all their strength and resolve.
The full text of the letter from Hezbollah’s members and Mujahid Fighters is as follows:
To Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei
In the Name of Allah, the All-Compassionate, the All-Merciful
Praise and gratitude be to God, Who grants honour to the believers and humbles the oppressors; Who made our lives a period of jihad and preparation for the Reappearance, and decreed that our deaths be martyrdom in His path at the hands of the worst of His creatures. Blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of God, Prophet Muhammad (s), and upon his pure and blessed Household. May God hasten the noble reappearance of al-Mahdi and keep us in goodness and well-being.
Almighty God says: "O you who believe, obey God and obey the Messenger and those vested in authority among you..." (Qur’an 4:59)
That said.
Our master, the Imam, Leader and Guardian-Jurist (Wali al-Faqih), our dear and esteemed Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei, peace be upon you and the mercy and blessings of God. We, your sons and brothers, the Hezbollah followers of Khamenei, the Islamic Resistance of Lebanon, send this letter to Your Excellency, with our hearts full of hope and overflowing with the wish that you are in the best of health and well-being, and that you remain protected under God's firm shield and safe protection.
At the outset, we congratulate you on the martyrdom of our father, our Wali (Guardian) and our Martyr. His martyrdom brought decades of jihad and leadership to their culmination. This was because he united knowledge and action within himself and, as a gnostic jurist, a Qur’anic thinker, and a divinely supported leader, he opened the doors of generosity and benevolence, until, like his oft-victorious forefather (Ali ibn Abi Talib), he was martyred at the hands of the "Ibn Muljams" of our age. We also congratulate you on the martyrdoms, injuries, and sacrifices of your brothers, sisters, sons, and daughters among the self-sacrificing members of this nation on the Resistance front, especially the children of your beloved homeland, Islamic Iran. We ask the Lord to envelop the martyrs in His mercy, grant the wounded a speedy recovery, and bestow patience and tranquillity upon their families.
We have often been blessed to visit the sacred shrine of Mashhad and to quench our thirst at the pure spring of wilayah in the presence of the benevolent Imam (as). Now we hold the banner of Husayn (as) aloft with the hand of jihad and prepare for the Reappearance, fighting our enemies at point-blank range, which is the meaning of “Labbayk” (Here I am) and “Hayhāt” (Never [to humiliation])! With our other hand, we clasp the hands of our dear brothers: the sons of Imam Rida (a), the graduates of the school of Imam Khomeini (q), and the holders of Imam Khamenei’s (q) certificate. We also clasp the hands of the bearers of your blessed standard: the forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, the sacred Basij, and every noble and free human being in Islamic Iran who has benefited from the fragrant breeze of wilayah (Juristic Guardianship). In them, we see the love and self-sacrifice of Imam Husayn (as), Abbas’ spiritual insight and devotion, and Salman's certainty and commitment to wilayah.
Today, you carry the banner of pure Muhammadan Islam on your shoulders. This is the same banner that the martyred Wali (Guardian) carried after the great Imam Khomeini. It is the same banner that Imam Hussein (as) hoisted in Karbala, when he stood alone against the enemy's vast army and cried out in the language of honour and dignity, "By God, I will never give you my allegiance in humiliation..."
O our Leader, from the heart of the battlefield, where we wage our own Karbala-like struggle against the pharaohs of the earth, we extend our hands of allegiance to you with all our strength and resolve. We are certain that in this allegiance, we are, in truth, pledging allegiance to His Eminence, al-Hujjah (The Proof), Imam al-Mahdi (aj), for you are, in truth, his deputy and his proof over us during the Greater Occultation.
And we covenant with you that we will continue on that same path of dignity, preparing for the Reappearance and cultivating patience. Just as we were with the martyred Wali, so too shall we stand with you, without fearing the blame of any blamer on the path of God. The trust of the martyrs, the wounded, the captives, the missing, and their patient families rests upon our shoulders. And the Khamenei way of the martyr, a way whose hallmark is strength and trust in Almighty God, flows in our hearts. Under your leadership, by the permission of Almighty God, we shall advance on the battlefield, bearing the banner of Islam and guided by the Qur'an and the Household of the Prophet (as). The sun illuminating our path is Imam Mahdi (aj), and our role models are the martyrs who have preceded us on this path. We shall never feel alone on the Path of Guidance, as the caravans of martyrs, the injured, mothers, fathers, spouses, and all the children of the Ummah of Resistance and the Jihad Front accompany us. Under the leadership of our Secretary-General, the mujahid Shaykh Naim Qassem (may God preserve him), we march forward with great hope in the divine promise of the inheritance of the earth and the manifestation of God's religion under the leadership of the Victorious One from the Household of Muhammad (as). Until that divine promise is fulfilled, you will see from us nothing but obedience, determination for victory, and love of martyrdom.
"And victory comes only from Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Wise." (Qur’an 3:126)

The Islamic Resistance of Lebanon
His Eminence Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, replied to the letter from Hezbollah's Secretary-General and its faithful, courageous fighters, who declared their allegiance and loyalty to him.
In his response, the Leader praised Hezbollah of Lebanon for its pioneering role in the struggle against the Zionist enemy. He noted that this struggle has inspired free nations worldwide in their own struggles against the oppression of global arrogance.
He also reaffirmed that Iran would continue its strategic policy of defending the mujahideen of Lebanon. He stated that the Islamic Republic has set two conditions for any agreement to end the war imposed by aggressor America: first, that Lebanon's territorial integrity must be preserved; and second, that the Zionist regime's aggression must cease completely and unconditionally.

The esteemed Secretary-General of Hezbollah in Lebanon, and all the self-sacrificing, patient and steadfast commanders and fighters of Hezbollah,
God’s Peace and mercy be upon you all.
Your letter, my brothers and sons, faithful and courageous fighters of the proud Hezbollah, deserves appreciation and honour. It conveyed a message of perseverance and steadfastness for the exaltation of the Word of God. It also expressed faith in the promises of the Glorious Quran and commitment to the honour-giving ideals of Imam Khomeini and the martyred leader, Ayatollah al-Uzma Khamenei (may God's pleasure be upon them both).
Today, as nations of the world grow weary of the tyranny and injustice of the American government and the criminal Zionists who destroy crops and progeny, no path remains except jihad and resistance. Only steadfastness on this path will bring the divinely promised victory to the mujahideen on the path of truth... "And it was incumbent upon Us to help the believers (Qur’an: 30:47)."
Now, Hezbollah in Lebanon, as the vanguard of the mujahid groups, stands like a mighty rock against the savage onslaught of the Zionist regime and its supporters. This steadfastness has become an inspiring message for the free nations of the world seeking liberation from the oppression of global arrogance and its pawns. Undoubtedly, much of this great achievement is due to the patience, dignity, self-sacrifice, and solidarity of the people of Lebanon, particularly those in the southern region.
In line with the path of the great martyred leader of the Revolution, Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei (may God's pleasure be upon him), the Islamic Republic of Iran has likewise made the defence of these oppressed yet mighty mujahideen a strategic policy. It has made the preservation of Lebanon’s territorial integrity and the complete and unconditional cessation of the Zionist regime's aggression the first condition of the Memorandum of Understanding to end the war imposed by the aggressor America.
May the blessings and mercy of Almighty God be upon the martyrs, the wounded, their fortitudinous families, and upon those who are refugees for the sake of God and endured hardship with resilience. May God's peace be upon the celestial soul of the Master of Hezbollah's martyrs, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and upon all the former commanders of the Resistance and his martyred companions. May God Almighty be pleased with them all, who transformed the sapling of Islamic Resistance into a sturdy tree “whose roots are firm and whose branches reach the sky” (Qur’an 14:24). They were fighters who, through their jihad and resistance, brought honour and dignity to Lebanon throughout the Islamic world.
In closing, I hope that through the blessed prayers of our Master (aj), all kinds of divine favours and grace will encompass the mujahideen, martyrs, veterans, the wounded of the Resistance, and the refugees, and their patient families.
“And We desired to favour those who were oppressed in the land, and to make them leaders and to make them the inheritors.” (Qur’an 28:5)
