In the name of Allah The Most Beneficent The Merciful

Praise be to God, the Lord of the worlds, and prayer and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his pure, righteous family, especially the one remaining of them by the will of Allah.

Peace be upon the Commander of the Faithful, the Imam of the pious, the best of the successors, the proof of the Lord in both worlds, and God's mercy and blessings.

The peak of Ramadan is the days of Qadr and the blessed nights of Qadr; We have reached this peak; We must seize the unique opportunity of prayer, supplication, imploration and impetrating to the Lord of the Universe. This month is a divine feast, and the highest divine feasts are in these blessed days. The prayers that you recite, the supplications you make, the tear you shed, these are all the banquets of the Lord that have been given to you; Appreciate these and pray for yourself and all your religious brethren and your country and your community and ask God, impetrate and be sure you will be answered. It is narrated when you pray; you can be sure this prayer will be answered; there is no negligence on the part of Allah, He is pure bounty; [But] sometimes our container is not ready to receive that divine grace and mercy; let us try to prepare ourselves to receive divine mercy by asking for forgiveness, with more attention and supplication. There are two Qadr nights left, [you should] appreciate it. I implore the prayer of you all, dear ones who hear and see.

Well, today, I will first give a brief devotion to the master of the pious (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and then on the occasion of Teacher's Day and Labour Day, say a few words about the dear teachers and dear workers; Insha'Allah.

In the case of the Commander of the Faithful (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and the introducing the personality of this nobleman, the first stage is his Imamate; not the intended meaning of Imamate that is the presidency of religion and the world and the words we say about Imamate; These are not intended; Rather, the Imamate that the Almighty Allah said to Prophet Ibrahim: I am making you the Imam of humankind. When was this told to Ibrahim?

It is undoubtedly at the time of Ibrahim's old age; Because in response to Allah, he says: And from among my descendants?

He is found to have offspring, And the descendants of Prophet Ibrahim belong to his old age. All praise belongs to Allah, who gave me Ishmael and Isaac despite [my] old age. He did not have children in his youth, middle age, or even early old age; The child belongs to the end of his work.

So this Imamate is related to the end of Ibrahim's life; Whereas Ibrahim was prophet decades before and the prophets are the leaders of religion and the world; There is no doubt about this, but this Imamate was given by Allah Almighty later on. So this Imamate is another stage; it is higher; it is a spiritual entity. The issue of Imamate cannot be measured and weighed with the customary scales; This is what Imam Sadiq (a.s) shouted in Minya in front of large crowds: The Messenger of God was the Imam; the Prophet was the Imam; This is the intended meaning of Imam.

Well, it is a high position, and it is pretty beyond our reach to understand; Now, apart from the infallible charachters themselves, there have been elites and nobles who have attained the supreme concepts of Imamate; Maybe there are people in our time, there were people before us that we have heard or seen their names from afar; Like the late Haj Mirza Javad Agha Maleki Tabrizi, who died about a hundred years ago, in the book Al-Muraqabat He speaks about Amir al-Mo'menin and this position of Imamate; That we do not have access to these things. Regardless of this very high and significant spiritual rank, the Commander of the Faithful (PBUH) is also a unique figure by worldly and human standards.

After the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), perhaps no one else can be shown with these characteristics that are in the Commander of the Faithful. Therefore, you see they are devoted to the Commander of the Faithful, his followers and non-followers, they love him whether non-Shiites, non-Muslims, non-believers in any religion, and the like; Those who now know and are aware of the concepts related to this nobleman, are devoted to that Imam, they love that Imam [because of the characteristics that existed in this nobleman, which, of course, are the most significant ones.  In the first place, it is the justice of this noble. That justice is unforgiving and extensive and without any consideration; This strange justice that one is really amazed to hear about; Or that asceticism and disregard of the world for oneself; This nobleman built the world, led the people to material and spiritual growth and development, but he did not want anything for himself and what was narrated from him was genuinely astonishing; Or the courage of that nobleman, the compassionate heart of that nobleman towards the weak, the firm determination of that nobleman towards the oppressors and the tyrants and the arrogant, his sacrifice for the right, his sea of ​​wisdom - his speech the sea of ​​knowledge, his behaviour a firm mountain –indeed there are extraordinary things in the life of this nobleman. These strange qualities have been gathered [in him], which his enemies have also confessed to, which I do not have time to say now. [For example] Urwah ibn Zubayr said a sentence to his son who slandered the Prophet, which is astonishing; He said, "Allah magnified him, and whatever they do, his exaltation and growth will increase"; While Zubayr's family, especially the sons of Abdullah ibn Zubayr, were not generally friend with the Amir al-Mu'minin. Well, this is about this nobleman, and this nobleman is at the peak of perfection in all these qualities. These characteristics are present in him in abundance and brilliance, And these are the ones we should set an example for. Of course, we are far behind in these areas; Both personality and in characteristic, one should follow this nobleman and the etiquette of life and those of governing. Well, today, the government is in the hands of the followers of Amir al-Mo'menin; We must observe the same method, the same path, the same characteristics, the same justice, the same courage, and the same asceticism in our actions, in our behaviour, which of course we are far behind; We must try to move forward in these areas.

Well, since the nineteenth day and the day the sword hit this nobleman, I offer a sentence about the sacrifice of this Imam and his enthusiasm for martyrdom; This is in Nahj al-Balagha, Sermon 156: Hazrat says when the verse "Do the people suppose that they will be let off because they say, 'We have faith,' and they will not be tested?" was introduced. The issue of sedition was raised; I realised this sedition would not happen as long as the Prophet is among us. It belongs to the time after the Prophet; I talked to the Prophet, I asked him, he also has statements that are mentioned in that sermon of the Prophet. When the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) narrates these things to the Commander of the Faithful, his chosen disciple, it seems that the enthusiasm of the sense of duty and the sense of responsibility in the Imam is excited.

He says a sentence to the Prophet that I will recite to you:

I said, "O Prophet of Allah, on the day of Uhud, when people had fallen martyrs and I was not among them, and that was distressing for me, did you not say to me, 'cheer up, as martyrdom is for you hereafter?'" The Prophet replied, "Yes, it is so, but what about your enduring at present?" I said, "O Prophet of Allah, this is not an occasion for endurance, but rather an occasion for cheering up and gratefulness."

 He says: I told the Prophet – as we speak - O Messenger of Allah! Do you remember that on the day of Uhud, when Hamza was martyred, some of our friends were martyred, and I was not despite all the wounds that inflicted me? You noticed and said: Ali dear! Good news, you will be martyred too; Do you remember? I was relieved to hear that, and you said to me, good news, for the martyrdom is approaching you; That day, you told me the good news martyrdom is after me, and I will become martyred. Now a few years have passed, they ask, so why I was not martyred. He told me this will happen; the Prophet said that Ali dear! That's right; you will become martyred. Then he said: How is your patience then? Now that your destiny is martyrdom, how will you await martyrdom? Well, martyrdom on the battlefield is not a difficult thing; Suppose, for example, that a spear hits a man or a sword then, is hit by a bullet today, and is martyred; it is not important. It is in the next great battlefields where man endures hardships that elevate the rank of martyrdom. Amir al-mu'minin was martyred after a difficult period, in the Mihrab and with that problematic quality. Therefore, the Prophet said: How is your patience then? When you receive martyrdom, how will you wait for martyrdom?; This is not a place for patience; Patience is on the bitter thing, man is patient on the undesirable thing. But it is from the place of happiness and gratitude. This is one of the places for which man should give good news to himself and give thanks to God. This desire of martyrdom is a characteristic of the Amir al-Mo'menin, and the Imam achieved this goal in the same night as last night, when a cry was raised: Destroyed, I swear to God, the pillars of guidance, and Ali al-Murtada was killed. From the sword blow from which the martyrdom was obtained, this martyrdom happened last night to the Commander of the Faithful (PBUH); Allah's blessings be upon him. Well, thank Allah that the men of sacrifice are and were in our time, and we saw many people who pursued the Commander of the Faithful in this regard and followed [him]; They loved martyrdom, they sought martyrdom, they longed for martyrdom, and Allah Almighty granted them martyrdom. Martyr Soleimani was threatened by the enemies that we would kill you; This nobleman had told his friends they are threatening me for what I am seeking in the mountains and the desert and the low and the high; They threaten me with that! By the will of Allah, we will follow this path; May we be among those who enjoy this great advantage, God willing.

Now Teacher's Day; Teacher's Day in the Islamic Republic is equal to the day of the martyrdom of the great teacher, the late Martyr Motahhari (May God be pleased with him)

There is a characteristic in Shahid Motahhari that all teachers - whether seminary teachers, university teachers, school and education teachers - should really set as an example and follow as a model. Well, Martyr Motahhari was a man of knowledge, a man of thought, a true scholar, a philosopher, he was a jurist, he had complete control over intellectual issues; These qualities were in this nobleman, but that fundamental characteristic was that he thought both production and publishing; Dissemination of thought is essential. This nobleman did not stand still, he did not rest; I observed it myself; He was always thinking, he was constantly concerned with spreading the right, the pious and deep thought among his audience; And he had started a software jihad in every sense of the word for many years; He would face the attacking waves and confront and conquer and overcome them. The problem for him was not only the waves of Marxism and Eastern thought; Eastern or Western; It was both Marxism and liberal thought prevalent in the West; He faced all of this. One can see this in the books of that nobleman; Well, I witnessed his activities closely. He guided his audience and gave his audience the right way of thinking, reassurance and certitude. Martyr Motahhari was committed, he was task-oriented, and he was really concerned about duty. Never remained free; He had the scientific heritage of his predecessors, he himself had added a lot of savings to it, and he gave all this to his audience; whether in the classrooms at the university or at some point in time in the seminary of Qom; Well, he used to teach in the Qom seminary – either through writings or the lectures that he gave in the numerous academic and student meetings and various other meetings. In any case, this was this nobleman's intellectual and practical situation, and he passed them on to the next generation. The most important of all was it brought all the capacities of the field of thought and the field of studies closer to the stage of the needs and requirements of the society; That is, the priorities of society were the measure of his effort; He looked, he found the intellectual priorities of the society, and knew and recognised them fairly well, and drew all intellectual capacities towards these priorities. Well, our valued community of dear teachers must put this within the framework of their work. The teacher's job is to transfer the scientific resources and the scientific heritage of humankind to the next generation. They must pass these on to the next generation with full fidelity, ability and skill, and prepare their own audience, their own disciples, to become thinkers and add to these reserves; This is one of the important tasks of a teacher. ; This is a heavy responsibility and requires a great sense of responsibility; This should be the teacher's concern. Also, teachers should pay attention. It is one of the important responsibilities of teachers, who should protect the minds of their own audience - students, young people, students, etc., as Martyr Motahhari did. Well, fortunately, there is a wide range of education possibilities available in our country today. In the past, this amount of education was not even available for young people, teenagers and children across the country, but today, thanks to the Islamic Revolution, thanks to the Islamic Republic, this opportunity is available. This possibility is available to teachers, and our dear teachers themselves are an important part of this possibility; that is to say, the possibility of education has really gained richness with the increase in the number of teachers, their high literacy and their preparations. Therefore, we can say that the teachers are the officers of the country's progress corps. If we want to compare the general movement of the country's progress to the movement of an army, the young officers of this group are the dear teachers; And they themselves must believe in this role. Now I said young teachers; Because many of our teachers today are young, otherwise there are old, hard-working teachers who have tried for many years and cannot be stopped. They are so enthusiastic about being a teacher that has kept them busy, even in old age. Finally, teachers themselves must believe in this vital and important role. When they believe, they will naturally feel responsible. Another side of this page is that in our country, our young people and teenagers have not been threatened and attacked intellectually and morally as much as today. Of course, during the Pahlavi regime, this invasion was carried out by the country's officials themselves [but] today it is invaded by foreigners, by enemies, by deviants.  Well, our teachers, on the other hand, face that enormous capacity; on the other hand, this all-out aggression; They must undertake a real continuous ongoing jihad between the two and strive in the true sense of the word. They should make sure that the falls are close to zero and the rises are maximised. Of course, others truly owe a debt to the community of teachers. We all have a heavy responsibility to the community of teachers. The main issue is to raise the status of a teacher. I have emphasised this issue in many conversations, I still emphasis the status of a teacher is high; We have to make this clear to everyone, and this has to become public culture. The same is true of the worker, and I will explain. The status of a teacher must be recognised; A teacher has a tremendous job, an essential job and a precious job. Education itself must play a role. The media must play a role; Cultural institutions and public relations agencies must play a role. The purpose of all this is to introduce the high position of the teacher to people. Of course, untying the knots of livelihood is also an essential and important task that must be taken care of, which is mainly the responsibility of the government and the Islamic Consultative Assembly. At the end of this part of my talk, I would like to mention the commendable role of teachers in this period of epidemic inflictions and epidemic disease, who did not shut down educational services and provided the best services remotely, and in some cases, teachers' efforts were redoubled; That is to say, they really endured the hardships of this work, which has its own difficulties; We have to thank them. The families also helped fairly; Especially the mothers, and I sincerely thank the students' mothers. It is about dear teachers.

As for the issue of Labour Day; Well, we had a good plan for Labour Day last year; It was a distant program, but there was a visual connection with various workshops and labour centres; We talked to both workers and entrepreneurs; We listened to them and told them somethings. Our meeting last year was a perfect and memorable one. This year, unfortunately, due to the recent spread of this infamous virus, this [program] was not possible; That is, workers couldn't come together so we can talk to them, even from a distance. And as they say, the risk of this type of English citizenship virus is also apparently higher than other types.

Well, about the worker, one thing is to see what the worker's status is; One issue is to talk about supporting workers; another is the issue of providing new jobs, employment and work in this regard; Here are two or three sentences about each. But in the case of praising the worker, it is enough that the worker's hand is the hand that the Almighty God and His Prophet love. The Prophet of Allah kissed the hand of the worker; That is enough for the value of the worker. The working-class has a great right on the shoulders of all members of society because, in an independent economy that is production-oriented and wants to stand on its own two feet and is not dependent on this or that, and does not rely on foreign affairs for the basic issues of the economy, the worker plays a significant role; One of the most important roles is played by the worker and is the central pillar. An independent economy is dependent on domestic production. Domestic production is also dependent on the worker, so the worker is a mainstay. It is one of the roles that people should pay attention to, becoming a public culture. As we said about teachers, the media, cultural institutions, and public relations agencies should also work in these areas. Of course, in the Islamic Republic, workers' rights are more outstanding than elsewhere; the reason is that in the Islamic Republic, from the very beginning of the establishment, enemies, foreigners, and ill-wishers tried to pit the working class against the Islamic Republic; They were very tempted, and the working class stood firm, Stood in the service of the system, stood by the system, participated in the holy defence in the true sense of the word. They also have this great right over the Islamic Republic, And some of our dear workers sacrificed their lives in the sacred defence. But the issue of workers' protection is crucial, and I have always emphasised that in what I have said about workers, and I still do today. Our motto this year was: "Production, support and overcoming obstacles"; (9) Well, one of the most important types of support is workers' support and protection. If we want to support the country's domestic and national production, we must support the workers; This is a critical support item. Of course, we should also note that the protection of the worker is, in fact, the safety of the national wealth; That is, if the worker of a country is active, cheerful, works well, this country achieves national wealth and this national wealth creates a reputation for the country, this national wealth creates supremacy; Thus, the workers bring independence to the country, they bring power, they get honour; these are its effects and blessings If you support the worker. Of course, the protection of workers that we say is not just that, for example, every year or every two years, we raise the minimum wage in proportion to inflation; This is a kind of support, But other supports should be considered. One is the issue of workers' skills; Extensive planning must be made so that we can teach and improve the skills of our workers - whether industrial workers, agricultural workers and all other kinds of workers - and raise their level of specialisation, which is highly beneficial to them as well as their work. It gives quality and makes the work valuable; This is a kind of support. The issue of insurance and healthcare is also an essential issue in [their] support; Workers' insurance and health care are required, which is, of course, well-observed in some public enterprises; Everyone must comply, and this must be one of the main issues in the labour debate.

The issue of job security and job guarantee is also one of the types of support; That is, the worker should not worry that his job will remain or be taken away from him. It is one of the main reasons we are so sensitive about the closure of factories - which I will later point to in another context - the worker must have job security and know that his work and his job are guaranteed.

Another issue is workers' housing, which is essential. Today, a significant portion of workers' incomes are spent on housing rent; We must think fundamentally about housing for workers. Of course, I heard this year the Islamic Parliament of Iran has included this in the budget would be a great help it is so, and it is enforced and put into action. Another support is to establish a generally rational and fair relationship between the worker and the entrepreneur and the government; Creating a just relationship, which is to support workers; And this, of course, is one of the responsibilities of the Ministry of Labour which must act upon.

Another critical issue that needs to be addressed in terms of worker and labour is the issue of job creation and production. This is another crucial issue that if governments have the proper planning for job creation and follow it with care and discipline and use the facilities and capacities of the country and the capabilities of the private sector to create jobs, I think this will be a great help to the country's economy and the development of the country. The health of the country's economy and economic growth depends on this [issue]. I want to say that job creation has economic blessings and social blessings, and political benefits. Job and employment for people, especially the younger generation, are a source of vitality, mobility, enthusiasm, and feeling alive and well.

Now I have to give a warning to those who caused the factories to close. Unfortunately, several factories have been shut down, some of which we have seen reports of, some of which we are now learning more about. Some people take the factory in one form for their own interests, in order to use the land of that factory; they dismiss the worker in some way and turn the factory tools and equipment into money, and keep the land for a while, to turn it into a building in the right time and earn null and forbidden added value for themselves in this field. Whether they know it or not, This is, in fact, a betrayal. Some people do not intend to betray and only intend to pursue their personal interests, but this is betrayal; It is a betrayal of the country's independence, it is a betrayal of the country's economy, it is a betrayal of the people, and it is a betrayal of the workers; This is a blow to production. When the worker becomes unemployed, and the factory ceases to function, the product of that factory must be imported; Then the same problems that we have today in imports arise; on top of that, the country's financial and foreign exchange resources must go abroad, causing us to confront the problems of sanctions and as such. It is also due to the fact that some people shut down the principal capital of the country, which is the capital of production.

Moreover, when many workers become jobless, those who work are also oppressed; when the labour supply increases, the value of his labour naturally decreases; When unemployment is high, the employed person does not benefit as much as he deserves. Therefore, these are very important. Relevant offices must think hard. In the government, the appropriate agencies, in this case, are mainly the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Agriculture and the ministries that produce labour who should play a role. Of course, the dimensions of this issue are wider than mentioned; I only mentioned a brief. It must be one of the main plans of the country's economy, and those who shut down the existing agencies in any way must be really dealt with.

And one of the things I've already advised about - which, of course, is the opinion of economists; I heard from them, I learned from them - that small and medium-sized workshops across the country should become active; Of course, these large workshops are essential for the country, but the expansion of small and medium-sized workshops benefit everywhere and everyone and is both a source of wealth for the public, for the middle class, for the poor, and employment in all parts of the country and regions. It includes thousands of items across the country; They must be revived.

The last thing about labour issues is that [because] these days, because there is talk of sanction and sanctions and others as such - of course, the issue of sanctions has been raised for a long time and for several years, these days it is also raised - in my opinion, the best and the most successful way to neutralise sanctions is real effort - not a slogan effort; The real action is to strengthen national production. If we properly boost national production, we have literally strengthened and pursued; with the plan, rest assured sanctions will be neutralised first. Then they will be lifted; That is, when the other side sees that the country has not been hit by the sanctions and has come to life, and its internal efforts have increased, it will be forced to lift the sanctions themselves. Well, that's it.

Let me make a sentence about elections and election issues. We want to make two points: one is that elections are literally a vital opportunity, and people should not be discouraged from the elections; This is one issue. Another is that the elections should not be ruined with useless words and deceptive and unsupported promises. Literally, those who want to get involved in this election campaign must think and truly offer what can be done to the people.

In the first case, well, the election is a somewhat unique opportunity; That is, it is an irreplaceable opportunity; Nothing replaces elections for the country and the strengthening of the foundations of the country's authority. Elections are the presence of the people, and when the people are present, no power can shake the system. An important manifestation of the people's participation is the elections. Therefore, those who participate in the elections are actually working for the authority of their country, to protect it, for their own security and for the future and destiny of the country.

Some discouraged people by disrupting the elections, distorting the kind of people involved in the elections, whether the esteemed Guardian Council or other bodies; They blemish their work; This is wrong. From the beginning of the revolution until today, when we had many elections - tens of elections - these elections were all healthy; There may have been minor irregularities, but they did not affect the election results. Because I followed the issue; In one case they complained, we pursued the problems - that is, there were places where complaints were made that violations took place, we followed up, we investigated, we did a serious investigation - never an offence that was against the trust, or had an effect on the election results absolutely did not happen in our elections; Our elections have been safe and in trust and health. It is the first issue.

However, some accept the elections when the result of the polls is what they want! If that is what they want from the elections, they consider the elections healthy and accept it. If they do not like it, they accuse the election and accuse those who held the election - in every part. ; Sometimes, like in 2009, they start riots, which, indeed, are unfair accusations, and those riots are a crime. Some are like this. It doesn't seem right; that is, it should not be done. So this is an issue.

The next issue is that some of those who enter the electoral field make statements that are not good statements; they are deceptive and have no intellectual or programmatic support; they claim one thing, say one thing, without considering or even knowing the possibilities of the country. Many of the brothers who enter this field may not be very knowledgeable about the many capacities of the country; they say something, make a statement, a promise without a proper calculation. These are not good; the plans should be provided in the true sense of the word; It should be such that experts, when they look at the speech of someone who is a candidate and speaks to people, acknowledge in their hearts that this is an effective and reasonable plan.

Sometimes some people say things that show that they do not accept the basis of the constitution. Well, anyone who wants to become involved in the presidency and wants to run for the presidency must believe in Islam, believe in people's vote, believe in the constitution; They must believe these. Otherwise, they will not be eligible and not worthy of this meaning. Words are sometimes heard that are not relevant to this task; This is my request, and I strongly demand they comply with it.

Of course, some words were heard from some of the country's officials these days, which are a source of surprise and regret for human beings, and I heard the enemy and opposition media of the Islamic Republic also spread these words. A listener really regrets when they hear this. Some are the repetition of the hurtful words of our enemies, repetition of the words of America. Now, for example, suppose the Americans have been agitated and dissatisfied with the influence of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the region for years. They were upset with the Quds Force because of this; they were upset with Martyr Soleimani because of this; they martyred Martyr Soleimani because of this; Anything that causes the spiritual influence of the Islamic Republic in the region is bad for them. We should not say something that evokes the meaning that we are repeating them; Whether about the Quds Force or about Martyr Soleimani as a person. The country's policy consists of various economic programs, military programs, social programs, scientific and cultural programs, including diplomatic relations and foreign relations; Together, these constitute the politics of a country. Everyone has to work together; everyone has to move forward together. It does not make sense at all for this section to deny that other section. To deny this is a big mistake that and the officials of the Islamic Republic should not make.

In fairness, the Quds Force is the most significant factor in preventing "reactionary" diplomacy in the West Asian region; The Quds Force in West Asian region has implemented an independent and honourable policy of the Islamic Republic.

Westerners insist the country's foreign policy is inclined to them and under their banner; In the form of obedience; This is the desire of Westerners; Because it has been like this for years; Both in the late Qajar period and during the long Pahlavi regime, Iran was dominated by Western policies; The revolution has come and taken Iran out of control. For forty years, Westerners, whether American or European, have sought to maintain their former dominance over the country; So you see the Islamic Republic communicating with China, they get angry, It has political or economic ties with Russia, they get upset, and they get angry. We want to communicate with our neighbours; they come in, ‌put our poor neighbours under pressure and stop it. These are the cases I have witnessed, and I know of many instances from Arab and neighbouring countries whose high-ranking officials even wanted to travel to Iran, [but] the Americans went and prevented them from travelling; That is, they oppose any movement of our diplomacy. We cannot act passively towards their will; We must act independently, honourably, diligently and powerfully. Some people in the region have done this, and, thank God, they have achieved the result.

Let everyone know that foreign policy is not determined in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs anywhere in the world. Foreign policy all over the world belongs to the upper house of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; It is the superiors and high-ranking officials of the country who [determine] foreign policy; Of course, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is also involved, but it is not the case that decision-making is the responsibility of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; No, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the executor; [Implements] foreign policy; It is the same here in our country; The Supreme National Security Council, where all officials are present, makes decisions, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs must implement and promote them in its own way. In any case, we should not speak in a way that means that we do not believe in and accept the country's policies. We must be careful; Beware of making the enemy happy; It should not really be a way to make the enemy happy. I hope, God willing that all the officials of the country who really want to serve the system of the Islamic Republic, their country, their homeland, their people will succeed and can do this in the best possible way.

We hope that God Almighty will make us successful in His pleasure and His victory. God willing, we will be able to go this way, and may Allah grant us the prayer of the Guardian of the Age (our souls be sacrificed for him) and his noble satisfaction. These nights, prayers are important for hastening the reappearance, prayer is essential for the blessed existence of Imam of our age (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him and may our souls be sacrificed for him); That nobleman will also pray for you; When you pray for him, he also pray for you, and the prayer of that noble person is an answered prayer; May God bless us with the prayers of that nobleman, and may the good souls of the great martyrs and the pure soul of our great Imam, whose place is truly empty, satisfy us and make us happy.
